Live USB Creator is a Yad based GUI using the dd command, which creates a Live USB bootable disk with a Linux distribution.

Installation:

 sudo apt-get install sparky-live-usb-creator

Insert the USB flash drive before starting the creator. Then choose:

• an iso image with a Linux distribution and
• your connected USB flash disk (pen drive)

and click on “Copy to USB Key” button.

The process will erase the USB device permanently, so backup your data before.
