Sparky ARMHF edition for RaspberryPi is set to use Engish (USA) locales and keyboard as default.

To change locales to your, different than en_US run:

 sudo dpkg-reconfigure locales

To change keyboard leyout to your, different than en_US run:

 sudo dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-configuration

Re-login or re-boot after to take effects.
