===== System Installation =====

SparkyLinux can be installed on a hard drive using one of the installers available on Sparky iso images.

All of them support installation on BIOS and UEFI 32 and 64 bit machines.

  * [[calamares|Calamares]] - available from Sparky version 4.6 (requires min. 1 GB of RAM)

  * [[advanced_installer|SparkyLinux (Advanced) installer]] - Yad and text based installer, used as a backup, and lets you install one of 20 about desktops of your choice ([[minimal|MinimalISO]] only)

  * [[live_installer|Sparky Installer]] - default installer up to Sparky version 4.5 (not in use any more)
